Hi friend! I’m Laura, a wife + mama excited about real food and healthy living. My wellness journey began with Hashimotos. I looked for a way to get off the thyroid pill and discovered the Autoimmune Paleo diet. Through it, I found healing and a love for nutrient dense food. I also came to understand the importance of what we put ON our bodies. So I began the ditch and switch process. No more toxic chemicals in my home, just natural products + essential oils. Because I’ve learned so much and drastically improved my own health, I want to share with you what I’ve learned and continue to learn on this journey. When we know better, we do better. And then we feel better!
